Play Pals

Play Pals live at Icknield Children's Centre.  However, they love to take holidays and meet new friends.  This is a great opportunity to support your child's learning & development. 

If you would like to take a Play Pal home please drop in to the Centre or give us a call.

Safeguarding Statement

The Children’s Centre works in partnership with parents to support children in every way possible. However, the Children’s Act 1989 places a clear responsibility on Children’s Centres to ensure that they work together with other agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of all children. As a result, if concerns are raised within the centre or a child or parent/carer reports a situation involving possible abuse, we would not be able to guarantee confidentiality and have a responsibility to record these concerns. The situation would have to be referred to Children's Services. This is in line with Government and Hertfordshire Policy.
